Hello, my name is Judith Regan, and I am the founder of K.N.O.W. - Knowledge for Nurturing Optimal Well-being.

With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in home health educator, I have dedicated my career to empowering patients with the knowledge they need to understand their diagnosis, manage their conditions, and prevent avoidable hospitalizations.

I have worked with countless individuals and families, witnessing firsthand how clear, compassionate education can transform health outcomes. My passion lies in making complex medical information simple, understandable, and applicable to daily life, so that patience feel confident, cared for, and in control of their own well-being.

K.N.O.W. was created to support home health care agencies in their mission to deliver exceptional care. Through easy to use education modules and patient knowledge assessments, My goal is to reduce disease exacerbations, improve self-management, and ensure every patient thrives at home.
